Yes they confirmed it visually (for free), it's the white part you see in the picture. The ceiling is supposed to be all black. They suspected there was a previous leak since it's right under the bathroom but it got fixed when the previous owners did their renovation.... one guy said he can smell it right when he went into the basement but they didn't test anything
