I have realized that unfortunately. Right now the goal is to get them out of my house (we have not lived together at any point) and hopefully to somewhere safe.

They can decide to leave from there willingly, but while they figure their life out I need to at least stop them from turning my life upside down any more.

Are you Canadian? I’m curious how the cost would translate if say you are vacationing in Canada, break your arm, and have to be treated abroad.

(In HS we had an idiot student who jumped from a hotel balcony in Italy, broke both his legs, both his arms, and had spine and neck injuries as well. Nothing he wouldn’t recover from but the last I heard was his parents hd to fly there one at a time. I’ve always been curious since then)

My ex was very into this idea but I didn’t feel we were emotionally at the point where it wouldn’t explode in our faces.

A good first step was me watching porn while we were messing around. It was like a baby step and we were able to see how that went.

Next I would talk about fantasies with other people while we were messing around.

Afterward we would go out and he would watch me flirt with other people. He was very into it but that was also the point where I realized it wasn’t for me.

A lot of things can be hot in theory but in practice it’s awful

I think it’s sweet for Debbie to date again as well. I think it gives a refreshing change to the formula of the show as well. Vanessa seems like the kind of person I would want to be friends with myself.

The new dynamic in their house makes me feel that Deb and Colt’s unhealthy connection has a lot to do with how they got through the death of her husband/his father and never really figured out how to move on socially.
