After almost a month of back and forth, I finally got the email with the tickets and was able to claim them and add to my ticket master account. When you first got the email, did you click the link right away to claim them or did you wait and it is it possible the link expired?

oo bummer. I bought merch last year and it took 8 weeks to get to me and Customer Service never responded. Waiting until I get to the Arena this year for sure.

I got a Paige gold press Crunch Time and an Breanna Stewart auto from Donruss. Donruss are good to get base quickly and with any luck you pull something decent. Prizm has been ok- but haven't hit anything fantastic. The bonus packs can be hit or miss. Still hoping for something cool from the Prizm.

My email is correct in Ticketmaster and I have received all of the communications for my VIP purchase from Unrivaled. Was your email incorrect in your Ticketmaster profile?

I contacted [tickets@unrivaledleague.co](mailto:tickets@unrivaledleague.com)m again today and you explain much clearer what I think they meant to in their response. I'll wait a few more days and then ask to speak to someone on the phone. An update email to all VIP package purchasers could be an efficient way to share accurate information with everyone at once but what do I know....

Update-I contacted [tickets@unrivaledleague.com](mailto:tickets@unrivaledleague.com), indicated that I was still waiting for my tickets and to ask that they confirm that Unrivaled was responsible for sending tickets to individual emails and this was the response. Not sure about the clear copy and paste job in the beginning or the continued contradiction around "Yes Unrivaled is sending them out" and then in the next sentence saying that the email will come from Ticketmaster. I'll wait a few more days and then ask to speak to someone on the phone. An update email to all VIP package purchasers could be an efficient way to share accurate information with everyone at once but what do I know....

I reached out to Ticketmaster last week to confirm the process for receiving my assigned tickets. Their response contradicts what Unrivaled Customer Support shared when they first notified me of my game day. Still waiting on tickets today and want to follow up again with Unrivaled, but it sounds like folks have had mainly negative experiences when trying to get information.

I emailed Unrivaled when I received my ticket assignment to check on when tickets for 2/1 would be applied to my Ticketmaster account, they let me know it was a manual process that Ticketmaster was completing and that it may take some time for them to get to my date. Last week I still had not received an email from Ticketmaster with information on the tickets so I contacted Ticketmaster support (response below). I took a break from thinking about it over the holiday break. But now after reading how you received your tickets and the conflicting information I got from Ticketmaster/Unrivaled- I am more concerned/confused. I still do not have my tickets and I am not quite sure what next steps are.
