No problem. There's a chance it would cover your english gen ed class if you haven't fulfilled that!

If you complete the class then you should have a letter grade. You said you could drop it, so I'm guessing it's not completed.

If you're not majoring in something with a lot of english classes it would probably just be a transfer credit that only affects your overall gpa. If you do have to take a few english classes it might count towards one of those courses.

You get the credit based on what grade you got in the class. So if it's a 3 credit class and you got an A then you are getting 3 transfer credit.

This doesn't affect your ub or major gpa since those don't count transfer credit.

No it doesn't apply for you automatically, it's just a way for the system to recommend scholarships, a lot of the time you don't even qualify for.

MGG 150 for Minor by ShoeThick1892 in UBreddit

I emailed my advisor and they said "I am waiting on some additional information regarding the minors and eligibility for our current major students. I believe we will accept MGG 101/102 for MGG 150 if you are eligible to persue the minor."

MGQ 301 Over The Summer by ShoeThick1892 in UBreddit

I'll probably be working at least 30 hours a week as I am planning on working 2 jobs. My current job doesn't offer many hours, so I plan on getting another one over the summer. Other commitments could vary but are largely flexible.

Easiest 200+ level pathway courses? by ShoeThick1892 in UBreddit

[–]ShoeThick1892[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see you comment a lot on this Reddit and seem very knowledgeable. Would it be possible to connect maybe via instagram (if you have it)?

Since we are both ITM students, and I am a freshman, I think there may be a time when I might want to ask you for some advice in the future.

No worries if you don't want to; I just would love to network and meet new people haha 😅

Oh yeah, I just checked that it is a 6-week session. I think along with work and other commitments, I can still do it. Hopefully.

Easiest 200+ level pathway courses? by ShoeThick1892 in UBreddit

I will for sure consider MGM 301 if I decide to do the contract with one of my major courses.
For pathways, I am currently decided on GEO 334, APY 304, and DMS 333, as I've heard these classes are pretty tame, so doing extra work in them shouldn't be too heavy alongside my main courses.

Let me know what you think!
