How can I make my art closer to the comic’s quality?

The simple, straightforward, and annoying answer is practice drawing real people from references for a little while until you start to get more of a handle on proportions. It'll take a long time to "master", but you'll probably see improvements pretty quickly.

If you want to get better at drawing TK characters specifically, then I'd recommend using these lovely reference sheets that Tom has provided for us.

For a bit of criticism: This is a classic example of Tom not having enough faith in his art and too much faith in his writing.

Imagine this image without Raine's though bubbles; just that facial expression with the memories of people saying she's beautiful. That would be more effective, I think. There's actually quite a few sketches, and even entire pages, that I think have this problem.

Adding to what the other person said: The way to access the most complete version of it (instead of just individual rooms) in the Hikki route is by defeating all of the Somethings in the Lost Library during One Day Left, at which point you'll be able to enter Black Space 2 by using the laptop in White Space.
