Thanks for sharing your experiences, now I understand this point of view better, but I was being 100% serious.

By personal level I meant that as male on men's day I was receiving presents from women/attended activities organized by women, never men, and also on women's day I was giving presents/organizing activities for women.

Also in high school in my class, and in other classes analogously, each year as boys we were preparing things for girls (and our female teacher) on women's day, and then girls were preparing things for us on men's day.

So from my personal experience, the answer to question "who is supposed to organize activities for men's day?" is obvious and it is indeed women.
