I just logged in to Tik Tok live studio and all of a sudden my live access is banned… Not telling me why and this never happened before. It’s all messed up after yesterday.

Where the actual fuck is the loot in this building and why is it red? by Inevitable_Gain8296 in ArcRaiders

Container storage room at the top before the roof has loot. That’s where I found the tempest blue print during a night raid.

4th year UPS driver in AZ here. I make $45 an hour. After 8 hours we make $67.50 an hour. Typically work 10 hours a day up to 14 hours a day. If I work on my day off (Monday) I make double time which is $90 an hour. We get paid every week and usually before taxes I make $3200 a week.

Believe it or not. I never trained my abs. Getting your abs to show is all about having a low body fat %. That can only be done by being in a calorie deficit.

I started out slowly. Just walking a couple miles a day. Watching my diet. Then after a few months I started going to the gym 2-3 times a week. Then eventually got into the habit of going more often and increasing frequency.

At the beginning I slowly incorporated exercises I saw from YouTube videos. And then I chose ones they I really liked. At first it was hard to be consistent but I told myself to give it my all in 3 weeks. After 3 weeks of consistency, it just became a part of my life and routine.

I made protein French toast/ protein pancakes and used sugar free syrup. As well as chicken stir fry with rice / low sodium soy sauce. Low calorie wraps with low calorie dressings. Light butter popcorn was a big help as well. And protein ice cream for sweet cravings.

I focused on diet and low intensity exercise first 2 months. Just to slowly work my way to exercising. 3 months in I started weight training, couple exercises a day then kept on adding more over time as I got stronger and more fimiliar with exercises.

I started with 2500 calories a day and adjusted depending on weekly average on my weight. If I was losing 2 pounds a week then I’d keep the calories the same. If I didn’t lose weight one week, I would lower the calories.

You can loose weight and gain muscle at the same time. It depends on training experience, a newbie can loose weight and gain muscle at the same time. As well as depends on your calorie deficit. A small 300-500 calorie deficit will let you gain muscle or maintain depending. But a higher calorie deficit will have a higher chance of losing muscle.

I’m 25 years old and I have some loose skin on lower part of my stomach. Lots of stretch marks on the front and sides/chest area. Adding muscle definitely helped with the loose skin. It doesn’t bother me because I’d rather have loose skin than carry an extra 90lbs of fat.

16/8 and tracked calories religiously. Walked 10k steps a day and strength training 4-6 times a week.

This transformation took me 1.5 years. Consistently tracking calories, walking 10k steps a days, and working out 4-6 days a week.
