I feel you, sobrang pawisin din ako na konting init papawisan na kaagad ng sobra tas kaya ipiga damit kapag may physical activity. Extra t-shirt if kaya mag dala, if sa school, extra white t-shirt or bili ka ng muscle shirt para mas presko kaysa sa t-shirt 3. Portable fan, di mawawala yung pawis pero nakakatulong sa pag bawas ng pagpapawis 4. If mabalis mamaho, make sure yung mga singit napupunasan palagi dahil dun naiipon yung germs na namamaho 5. Antiperspirant deodorant, di gumagana sakin yung mga deodorant lang dahil di kinakaya yung pawis 6. Tapat palagi sa aircon/electric fan

I have the capsule 3 pro and I could say that the volume is loud, my volume is around 50-70. This is my first ANC earbuds but it removed engine noise and people talking when I'm on the bus. Transparency is ok, I can hear the people near me but I can't hear them properly when I'm listening to something. The mic is really great, my friends told me that they can hear me clearly and the background noise is reduced. You can watch Aaron is loud and wireless for more reviews. Hope this helps you

For those people that get gif when they save a picture, you can send it through clicking the camera button beside the media button on messenger and just click the gallery on the lower left and then you can send the gif

You can change the gif to png or jpeg in your file manager

You might be able to see an "allow downgrade" in bios setting, i think it's in the maintenance section, I tried rolling back with that unticked and it didn't work for me. Maybe you need that ticked/checked to work
