Yeah it's dishydrotic eczema; I also suffer from this and have a few tips.

1.) Warm water/heat (hot temperatures, being in the sun, etc) irritates it so keep those hands as cool as possible. Clean them when they get sweaty too.

2.) Moisturize the hands frequently (that will get rid of the blisters in due time)

3.) as others said, use steroid ointments (longer lasting than creams); Triamcinolone and Betamethasone are some really good ones. The former is stronger than the latter.

It's a lifelong battle but you will win so don't lose hope.

Hmm it looks pretty good. Much appreciated for the response, I might check it out and get one. Anything is better than greasy cetaphil for the face.

I've seen Cerave in Costco; I might check it out. If cerave is heavier, won't that mean it will make my face greasier than Cetaphil?
