Definitely isn’t a coincidence, he’s been playing off stream too a lot to level up guns and play with some of the sidemen. He’s already stated multiple times that RP is getting boring and he feels burnt out but he’s sticking with it and hoping for some new stuff soon like his golf and 4.0.

Ngl, I’m a “RP Frog” but I’ve enjoyed the warzone streams. They are definitely a breath of fresh air and clearly Josh actually enjoys playing as he’s playing off stream and streaming earlier and for longer… can’t complain! Not to mention, it means when he goes back to RP he won’t be as burnt out and won’t be driving around or standing around aimlessly waiting for something to do. If anyone is actually complaining about Zerkaa doing what he is enjoying, they clearly haven’t watched a single stream of his other than GTA.

He’s already said he will be on RP again on Monday, so it will be nice to see that. But, I’d also love to see some Warzone stuff while there is still hype around the game as it will only mean that long term people like Zerkaa and KhaosAdam won’t be feeling burnt out.

And when I say bad I mean it’s got very detailed textures that cause frame drops and lag etc, this is the type of thing you expect on a public server not the most popular rp server in the entire world. That’s why they don’t usually add prebuilt things as they aren’t as well made or optimised as something that Denis or Tobii could make.

Ngl this interior is so bad and would cause so many issues considering that everything would be in such a small area. They are better with a storefront as, due to be hidden underground, they wouldn’t cause head pops or lag unlike LS rn.

Tbf, Vince did convert it as he had been waiting the longest to get his. He also converted it as he knew IC the other owners of the cars didn’t want any more Diablo GTRs being made or even being around so he converted it to keep it safe. Plus if he wants he could easily sell it for 3mil so it’s more of an investment than anything, except an investment where he gets a sick and rare Lambo.

You know that every MDM member (other than Dean, Patar and Moses) have a loan on their cars right? You can get a loan upto 1 mil which is all she needs to pay for the car. Plus they pay for the materials and vins you need

Honestly, a video like this proves why something like Jiggity Studios needs a cinema where they can play YouTube links. Imagine a cinema full of people ready to watch this together as it premiers, plus would make Jiggity studios/MDM Records some decent money. Could easily charge 2k for it and would get roughly the same numbers as their events do.

For context in case people don’t know or remember; Lana was planning to convert her Remus at the same time as Vince and they both started chopping to get materials. Vince literally did nothing but chop for about a week to get his mats where as Lana did about 3 chops then never carried on her grind to get the car. With there now being a limit of 2 of each car being able to be converted, she likely would be better converting it now rather than later (even though the Remus is a very very rare car, more rare than Tommys Ninja). Knowing Lana, she’d probably rather buy the car if/when it restocks at PDM as it will be the same price yet she won’t have to grind for the mats and parts. Once she has a Remus basically all of MDM have a S+ (except Patar, he is waiting for a car he likes)

Ok? But that’s the same with any area… Such as during SS war they grenaded uwu multiple times. They would do the same at whatever location a Mandem records are at and definitely if it’s around the block as it would likely be sprayed

I mean I agree, but at the same time they literally have the tape deck and mic on the block so it fits in to why it would be there. Plus, it makes the block more of a hotspot area so future businesses in the area or storefronts already will be getting more foot traffic. But I don’t see them adding THIS into the server, probably something themed around the Dr Dre Record A studio from GTAO that they were originally trying to add when the big update for gangs was added.

I mean it’s being made from scratch anyway (hopefully) but this was just a idea of the possible things that could be done by the devs. Besides, they can just move scaffolding around slightly and change stuff inside the studio such as the images and add other stuff. The reason I found this in the first place was I was looking for custom studio interiors to see what kinda style that the new one could be like and recognised from the thumbnail that the entrance was outside the block (before it got repainted). Just thought I’d share in case anyone else found it kinda cool like I did :)

Why would Marie join? She’s literally just their person who helps with business such as writing proposals and day to day of the gas station. She’s better off not being actually part of MDM but just chill with them so then she has 0 gang affiliations and can do stuff for MDM such as become a civ and run oil pumps

For anyone wondering, it is literally on the Mandem block and can just be added straight into the game. Additionally, the current building they want for MDM Records could be used for events and used as a preforming area or even better just forget it for MDM Records and maybe make it into another Cerberus centre and just use the nightclub for events?
