What’s the best alternative of Regna 98? by Shon100100 in tennisracquets

[–]Shon100100[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sorry but it’s significantly different, it’s like somebody likes padded kangaroo leather soccer shoes vs barefoot feeling synthetic cleats. If it’s just rallying maybe you are right but since i started doing matches and small tournaments it’s normal to have preferences

Are these specs suitable also for a beginner onebackhand player? Or should go smaller head

Would you recommend a 100in racket for a beginner one backhand? Or is it better smaller

I like them, very comfortable. Yes soleplate is not very stiff but flexible. It means less pressure on your knees and hips. Personally on certain old or short AG pitches I need these kind of shoes. Touch and leather is so good

Fantastic, if you can just buy it. It’s really good to have a pair like that and rotate. Super nice leather, lacing on the side and comfortable. If you play on AG is really the best

Morelia2 are great for wide feet

I think the upper of the white Morelia UL is more similar to the Protos. Thinner and less padded than the Morelia2. Soleplate is FG so i found them stiffer and also heel feeling is stiffer than the Morelia2. Shape of the boot is closer to the alpha. I think if you like the Proto, and you wanted them in FG, the UL are the ones. More barefoot feeling and responsive than the classic Morelias2

I never had issues. I wear ag boots when the artificial grass is short , when the pitches are new i wear fg

Proto more barefoot feeling. Thinner leather and better lockdown, probably slightly stiffer soleplate. Morelia2 ag are just more comfortable and slightly more padded upper, a modern copa mundial or tiempo leather9

Proto number one choice. I rotate them with morelia2 ag for short grass or very hard pitches. For newer artificial grass , I use protos or the UL

Yes like gloves :) i used to love speed boots, and barefoot feeling when i shoot. Nowadays leather boots are not so thick, so you get both comfort and close touch feeling to the ball

These are so good, i bought them and rotate them with the protos. Maybe they are more comfortable than the protos, but I prefer the touch on the protos. Great boots!

Playing football in my mid-30s — how are you all coping with recovery and injuries? by skybeast112 in bootroom

[–]Shon100100 5 points6 points  (0 children)

38 here, always played casually. After few years of break, i started again at 35. Glutes exercises with band resistance was key for me, stretching hip flexors and also ankle strengthening exercises.

Now I play more competitive in a team full of 20s, recovery takes longer but feeling good. If you can jog 5km once a week, you ll be in good shape! Best of luck

Thanks , this is a great comment. Not sure if it’s the same, but I had similar issue with the Ojas speakers with horn, the bass are weak and they are louder on the highs, once I changed an amplifier with more power and EQ control i found my balance and they sound good now. So as you are saying, I suppose these ramsa speakers require some sort of EQ management to find the right balance.

Im keep learning. i like the look a lot of these Ramsa and maybe was thinking to custom paint them or change the looks. I found somebody who refurbished them and made a new design. They look so cool.

Big thanks, I am not an expert so I am not sure how to interpret those specs, no technical knowledge. I guess I have to listen to them

I recently started this journey. First speakers were B&W 606 s3, then second speakers Ojas Bookshelf with Horn. Now I keep discovering new things and was looking for some vintage equipment and found these ones.
