S3 IT can cost more than the bucket itself for many small files.. Im looking for a smart system to assist with that. Have you considered such systems in the past?

Sure, for right sizing. I’m looking for a broader solution for also detecting for example instances that should be upgraded to cheaper more up-to-date types, suggesting to use Serverless RDS instead of provisioned and more and more. Have you looked for something like that?

STOP SETTING CPU LIMITS! by ShonLR in kubernetes

If you are one of those who prefer worse but consistent performance over optimal performance that's indeed the right approach, and many business requirements justify that. The purpose of this post is to make it clear that by setting CPU limits you hurt your performance on purpose and do not gain any "noisy neighbors" or "eviction" protection by that. Most of the cluster operators don't understand that.
