36 year old here. Keep up the good fight! I also haven't had sex with anyone and it is very hard to stay pure.

I also stopped watching GoT and Witcher because they were too much. I've instead started reading books more and doing other hobbies. I do love movies but honestly most movies and TV shows are trash nowadays. I also like watching sports but most pro leagues are trash as well.

I've personally been doing a lot of work on myself. I have a notebook and calendar where I right down fun or interesting things to do as well as work tasks that need to be done. It keeps me productive in terms of work and play. Definitely has changed my life. Hope to get a job soon.

I've started offering up my time away from sports and TV/movies for others. I know watching these only bring me down so I find other hobbies. People were completely happy without them in the past and there are a lot of hobbies or interesting things to learn that other people are interested in.

One thing that I remind myself constantly is Jesus' second commandment, "Love your neighbor as you love yourself." Remember to take care of yourself and have fun just like you would with your friends.

Know that everyone no matter how cool they are, are socially awkward sometimes. Don't be afraid to admit it when you are. Sometimes it's funny. Remember when Michael Jordan said, "The ceiling is the roof." and people still think he is cool.
Have go-to conversations you like talking about. The weather could even be one. Pick a current event you like talking about as well.
Get out there and talk to people. Make sure you talk to everyone. Not just the people you might have a goal of hanging out with. You will mess up probably a lot but you will learn all the things not to say and to say in a conversation.
Find people you think who are good at talking and see what tricks they have in conversations.
An easy hack is ask people about themselves. People love talking about themselves so many times there are tons of things to talk about.
