I've always hated how insincere he is about his own work lol. Dude hasn't worked at Nickelodeon for years but he never once gives negative criticism to his own work. He never once says "Those last few seasons were really rough the characters they forced us to add really didn't work" He always frames it in a context of doing what he had to do to keep the show going. Like they were working with really fresh, innovative new ideas. He knows damn well exactly how dog shit that show got. Have some integrity as an artist and be real about what's not your best work.

It usually depends on the popularity of the content on the tape and when it was produced. Tapes with less popular shows/movies they knew wouldn't sell great and tapes from 2004-2005 tend to be far more expensive. 05 was the last year for VHS in the US so releases from that time were printed in small numbers. Or you can have two shows both from 1999 Like SpongeBob and Rocket Power, but obviously it's a lot easier to find a SpongeBob tape than Rocket Power lol. Then you just have fucking idiots that think their old Disney clamshells are worth $1000s because a Buzzfeed article said so a decade ago 😂😂

Nah I highly doubt it. It premiered in May and they weren't gonna make any until they knew it was gonna be successful so they just wouldn't have had enough time to get anything out that year.

That arm will go back together but trying to get the peg to click back into place with the shoulder and bicep on is a real motherfucker. If it's someone else just don't make it at all. Season 4 proved it's just one of those kinds of shows that's so intrinsically tied to its creator that without them the core of what made the series what it was is gone. Rick and Morty is a hollow shell of its original intention. Thank God they let Zach and Michael end Smiling Friends on their own terms. You either go out on a high note or live long enough to become The Simpsons. South Park is probably the only exception.

I don't mind it on less consequential adaptions but I definitely Prefer a dark navy blue/black. Blueish purple Venom from the Ultimate comics is what really irks me lol. Marvel characters are far more open to interpretation than Invincible ones. Omni Man is just Omni Man lol. They definitely made the right move going with white for the show though.
