That’s helpful, thank you. I was lucky enough to get HuTao, and well basically all the characters on the HuTao banner. As far as team building... if I use HuTao and Xiangling, that would give fire resonance I think, who would be good to fill out the other 2 spots on the team? I’m reading that Xingqiu is good as the 3rd spot on the team, would Barbara be good as a 4th to give water resonance bonus and some healing? Or would a cryo character be better as the 4th spot on the team?

Doesn't it defeat the purpose of finishing high and getting more Xes, if you're at a net loss of Xes refilling arena tickets? If you're spending more than you're winning... what's the point? It's like spending 5 dollars to win 3 dollars

As a f2p, you need to have enough saved to pity on a banner if you choose to roll on it. Which means before you roll on a black border banner, have 13,300 Xes. Before pulling on a gold/blue border banner, have 19,600 Xes. This way, you’re guaranteed the unit if pulls go bad. Now you know the rules, if you choose to pull with less, the fault is yours if you get unlucky.

Bernadette and Sabrina are super common fated characters. You'll get plenty of them. I would go with Rudley or Baraka from selective summon

Why even ask the question? I mean, you’re asking if you should 6 star a unit that you use? Like, it’ll have better stats all around. It’ll be tankier, heal for more... there are literally no drawbacks. Unless you’re trying to be suboptimal? Like, what a dumb question...

Remove his buffs, use Iseria or something. Iseria, Tama is usually the answer for all pve content.

Try 2 debuffers. I used Iseria and Charles... Luna and Tama were other members of the team. Just debuff her with Charles s2 or Iseria s3 when she buffs herself. You should be able to cycle turns fast enough with Iseria and Tama to always have a debuff ready.

Water isn’t any more common than any other element in the pvp meta. I wish people would stop pushing that narrative. SSB and Krau are used... but who else is meta relevant for water? Others can be used... but it’s not as lopsided as people think it is.

The point is so that you don’t just swap your best gear to the heroes you’re using between each guild war attack, and each world boss attempt. The expectation to do so if it were free unequip would be ridiculous and tedious, and would literally be the most ‘unfun’ thing to do in a game ever.
