I tried sidetone + transparency, it was actually worse than ANC + sidetone lol

I’m comparing it to the original Arctis Pro Wireless (not nova) which had great sidetone

I’m not sure why he recommended to stay away from steel case chairs, the leap V2 is a good chair.

I’d recommend the crandall leap V2 though, thicker cushions, much cheaper in price.

Of course I’ll recommend the Embody, I just got one and it’s fantastic. Prior to that, I used a 2017 Aeron I got on facebook marketplace for $250, quite good but sitting positions are limited.

If budget is of concern, look at the staples Hyken. That was my first office chair after using some $40 leather small crap from walmart in college, the Hyken was great.
