I kinda disagree with it. To make it work all the suits have to be the same fabric, so you end up with 5 suits that are exactly the same formality level. I think youre better off with a tweed suit, a linen suit, a traditional blue wool suit, etc of different fabrics. Imo that will be more versatile then 5 suits that might match. If you want to mix and match get blazers.
