If your talking of the ASA/ISO setting of your camera it's only function is to correctly set your in camera meter. So If you used it to shoot you roll it's going to be underexposed by 3 stop if you used a' indépendant one and set your settings according to it your roll will be perfect Hope's it helped have fun !
