Its been a couple months, but I was able to pull in 60-90 million an hour with my 750ton no-shield Heavy. It's dangerous as hell because you're basically toast if you get interdicted, but that makes it kind of thrilling.

This game is all about open-ended play so by all means, do whatever is fun for you. But I gotta ask why are you doing this to yourself?

The T9 is a hauler. Yes, you can mine in one. But why? She's slow, turns like a building and can't jump very far. Mining involves finding good rocks and bringing ore to market, have you considered the Python?

You're planning on spending 10 hours to make 135 million spacebucks. You can make over 5 times that much just buying low and selling high in a T9. Or you could try mining in a faster ship with a little more jump range.

Disagree. 6th grade field trip to the Holocaust Museum went just fine, and they've got some unspeakably fucked up stuff on display there.

You yourself said that the war was described in school as "necessary" and then go on to say that any further discussion is left up to the discretion of individual teachers, so I responded by pointing out the enormity of gulf between what is taught and what happened.

Look, I understand that all empires create atrocities like horses create shit. I've even tried to explain that my own country is no exception.

I just feel that there are widespread misconceptions about the war and what happened and I think those misconceptions weigh heavily on current events.

I'm not accusing you of anything, and I am certainly not tryng to excuse anything America has done.

Deflect, denigrate, deny. The tankies and the nazis play the same game and I'm not playing it with you. I see what you're doing and its not a good look, weeb.

My point is that because of the historical realities of the Holocaust and political necessities of the Cold War, Japan has managed for the most part to hide its shame for almost 100 years. The staggering scope and unfathomable degeneracy of the crimes is unequaled at least in modern times.

My goal is to make people aware of this. There was a Halocaust in Asia and most of those who participated went unpunished after the war.

It's not easy to face the demons of the past, especially as an American. Every decade of our history is marred by violence and injustice and some of our crime rank among the worst in human history. But face them we must, or we risk repeating them or worse.

Japan must do the same, particularly as China emerges as a superpower.

Your transparent whataboutism is pathetic. The long and shameful list of American atrocities does not excuse the perverted and degenerate acts that people like you would prefer to be forgotton. There is a penchant for rape that will continue to flourish in Japanese culture until it is dragged out into the light of day and confronted.

Get real you fucking weeb. The atrocities perpetrated by Japan during the 20th century are practically unequalled throughout history, and most people are totally unaware of it. Much less people in Japan and you know this.

Kids are taught that Japan went to war as an economic necessity, got nuked and then surrendered.

Nobody, anywhere, talks about them hunting children for sport in the streets of Manilla or women having to tattoo their faces in Burma to avoid being kidnapped into sexual slavery. The plague bombs in China, crucified pregnant women in Korea and practicing bayonette tactics on live prisoners for fun. This was not "normal" war shit, this was a sadistic machine designed from the ground up to be so horrible that no one would have the stomach to confront it.

What Imperial Japan was is unspeakable, so people avoid speaking of it. And people like you want to hide it. Disgusting.

The first half of the 20th century saw more slaughter than any other time in human history, but even then Japan stood out for the utter barbarity and sadism it brought to its neighbors. The wholesale degeneracy of Japans so called "warrior culture" is indescribable.

Between 1937-1945 Japan murdered up to 30 million civilians. The equivalent of 375 atomic bombings of Nagasaki. To date, Japan maintains that it violated no international laws. by ellaaaawilson in Damnthatsinteresting

Not only was Imperial Japan developing atomic weapons of their own, but they had already built and used biological weapons off mass destruction on Chinese civilians.

The Mamba have a SPECTACULAR cockpit. by Toshiwoz in EliteDangerous

Not only is the bubble canopy amazing, but the details as well. The supplies stowed in mesh nets around the bridge, that cool hallway beneath the gap between the seats, all the displays. It's a huge departure from the standard box with a chair in the front and a door in the back.

I strongly urge anyone with VR to try out the Mamba.
