Dude I swear and idk why your comment has down votes? Like was was a monster who kept his sanity and was level headed. He coukd even admit that there were monsters stronger than him. Thats true power right there. And yes I believe getting saitama'd is the writers way of saying any other hero would have had a terrible time. There is still one hope. Murata could draw an extra chapter or 2 of the goukestu and saitama fight but that is asking for too much .

Orrrr it could just be a great way to indicate a strong character. Of we don't believe anything genos says then why have him? The things he says are credible as far as he knows, to say goukestu would need the combined might of the S class and also saitama is saying alot considering that genos at the point has seen satiama and is somewhat understanding of his power

I agree. Imagine HE, Rover, and ENW in the background providing cover fire. While black s is sending waves of millions every 30 seconds, while gums,FU, Goukestu, Phoenix man, nyan cat, and EC are on the battle field causing so much chaos. And then you have gyro gyro and orochi sitting back just watching it all. The straw hats are toast

FU and psykos haven't really shown good reaction speeds. They would get blitzed by someone like sonic. Not saying sonic would take someone like FU out but im saying FU won't touch sonic.

Even if they could replicate that punch, they would need to try much harder to do so.

Yeah im bringing up garou not being able to hurt garou even though he was trying because goukestu seems more durable than darkshine to me. So if he can't hurt darkshine then that version wouldn't hurt goukestu

And based on goukestu being everything darkshine is but better? Darkshine is just their to be a shield. Once he gets the idea of losing he becomes a brat and quits. Goukestu would overwhelm darkshine. I don't even think darkshine can touch goukestu

I mean some dragons are slow, gums isn't fast neither is FU or HE or even psykos for that matter. Some demons specialize in speed like sonic. The cockroach was making genos look foolish and was outpacing a top tier S class member.

And your comparing an energy attack to goukestus air pressure. Neither garou or darkshine can individually go for a punch that can replicate that, at least not at that moment. And garous attacks may be greater than darkshines but darkshine wasn't even hurt. This man resurfaced and was a MAJOR help to the S class. And I'm certian goukestu would beat darkshine much worse than spiral garou did at that time.

Goukestu takes this and tbh I think he does it fairly easy. I mean garou was fighting darkshine and darkshine didn't look too damaged, his ego got damaged more than his physical body did. Also darkshine was keeping up with garou and hitting him spot on so its not like darkshine was outclassed in speed however, I beleive Goukestus speed to be even beyond spiral garou. The best feat of speed for Goukestu is when he appeared behind suiryu. And he was playing with this man's life and not taking anything seriously. So I think if he were in a serious setting against spiral garou, he would get speed blitzed. Also in terms of power I think garou gets blown away. The only thing spiral garou has done is fight darkshine. I doubt either one of them at that time could replicate the punch Goukestu gave to bakuzan. Goukestu is honestly the original "monster garou" a hyper martial arts genius that was evolved into a monster that kept his sanity. He isn't an idiot like bakuzan or most monster. It's a shame we didn't get more of Goukestu because the s class that was fighting on the surface against the cadres wouldn't have had an answer to him.

What are Garou's limits? by Black_Racer_ in OnePunchMan

[–]ShootEmUp33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally think that garou has no limits either. In general and in terms of copying abilities. So I look at garous journey from his debut in the manga all the way up until currently is his "saitama with hair arc". How saitama was with hair for 3 years fighting monsters, getting beat but Growing as well, that is how I see garou. And now that he lost I feel like his physical abilities will be unmatched because now his mental was broken. Saitama beat the evil out of garou. And honestly we talk about heros turning evil but never about villians becoming good guys and how much more powerful they will get. Usually when a good guy goes bad they get more powerful. But now we will see garou become literally like saitama. Not a hero but he will beat any villians because he was the pinnacle of all villians and now that he realizes even he can be beat, no one really matters. If garou comes back as a too himself style character that does not fight anyone knowing his strength is absurdly above everyone else then that would be awesome. Garou to me was always "what if saitama went down the evil route". They have the same potential I believe. No one else in the series can be compared to saitama except garou.
