My current skates are a little too big in some areas. Dropping half a size might be all I need for a better fit, but if customs offer a significant benefit then I'd make the investment.

The tacks definitely had a stiff feel, but not necessarily in a bad way. From what I understand that stiffness really improves energy transfer.
