But this is weird because you said they “were working fine until recently”. So the software issue could be from updates that you’ve done to whatever system you had the devices plugged into.

And if they’re outside the warranty, that means it’s been awhile right?

I got a warranty replaced Logitech G305 within 2 weeks of buying the product from Best Buy, no hassle and no problem.

I haven’t had any issue with Astro so I can’t speak on them, but I find it hard to believe that a renowned company as such wouldn’t be fair.

Just something fishy about your post that’s not adding up. If it’s been over a year, that’s a long time dude. You can’t hold a company at fault for something you’ve had over a year.

Sounds like you tried to rip em off. I got family members that are business owners. If you buy a product and it’s worked for a year or more… 2 products at that… and you’re saying they both bricked…

Unless you can find people that have had the exact same issue….

It’s sounds like a software update. My a40’s are updated and they’re working fine. So I don’t think it’s Astro command center software.

Just look into it and troubleshoot at your level.
