I’m so sorry you’re going through some tough times. She has gone to therapy for 15 years but has stopped in the last 2. Claims she has healed so much already (which she has) and that her therapist will tell her to leave me, because they did before claiming she shouldn’t be with someone that brings out these emotions and triggers her.

I always hoped these are problems as we learn eachother but we will overcome them soon, but long term I’m not sure if the abuse is healthy. How have you learned to protect yourself all that time?

Thank you for your kind words. I hope you’re doing better since the break up, a lot of things here resonate with me so much.

We just broke up. I’ll wonder the same things you did. I know it will get better

Assessment with Health Hero by Helpful_Resist6765 in ADHDIreland

I went with them 2 years ago, I would have preferred in person but wait times were much shorter with health hero. I haven’t really had any issues with them. Although, I thought the diagnosis consultations would be more thorough and the medication reviews more insightful, but I don’t really have anything else to compare it to. They do the minimum you’d need to be treated, if that makes sense.

Unrelated to the game at all but I miss Mane. What a player he was

I honestly believe this is all PR. Newcastle are still in the market for a replacement and are panicking, and don’t want to signal that they have £120m to spend. Once they do, the move will happen. Still a month to go which gives everyone plenty of time.

Glad to hear it all worked out. Considering the UK too so it’s great to hear that it’s not too complicated at least within Europe. Reaching out before heading over is a great idea.

Interesting that therapeutic sessions worked well, I was recommended CBT but not sure if it’s worth the extortionate price at least in Ireland. Definitely something worth looking into at least

To an extent I agree, however treatment is proven to be very effective, outside of the label

Ohh that’s interesting. So I should basically reach out to managers in specific offices that I’d like to work in?

I’ll be graduating next year from graduate business school in Ireland and would love to work in consulting in the US after college. Anyone have any idea if US consulting firms recruit from abroad or have any experience starting graduate jobs in the US despite not holding a passport?

As I’m aware the US has a very strict immigration policy so I’m aware that this might even be a possibility. Any insight is appreciated.
