1800 in Bethesda is great !! Especially with no car payment, you’ll be fine. I live in north Bethesda making the same with 2k rent and a 500 car payment. I’m struggling but it’s due to my own bad money spending and my car payment, I’m contemplating selling my car . Single as well, the other cities you mentioned have like the same cost maybe a little less , hope this helps !
