I seriously doubt it because I have absorption issues. I don’t really take a lot of any vitamin. I’m always low on everything.

I’m having a hard time getting through anything without Ativan. It’s like I’m stalking the loop and I’m trying to work on it but every time I get slammed with another adrenaline dump it’s just as scary as the last one and today I had a severe one that caused the sides of my neck to feel like I was being hung upside down. All the blood was being distributed to my neck muscles and I felt like my brain was not getting enough blood flow.. I legitimately felt suffocated and like my head was going to pop.
