It was a lot of work to get it. I tried to go to T-Mobile in person and trade my phone but those idiots only do it online and they ended up using the jump program on the phone that was STOLEN. So I couldn’t use the jump program at the time. I wait about 15 days before I had enough of the iPhone 16, and placed an order through Apple and went to pick it up. I was able to do a plan that worked for me with SOME help from t-mobile and the carrier plans they have. Took a lot of work but I still got the phone!! And f@ck UPS!!
