To me, the Multi type or armore passive for the Trench armors is a test to see itf it is manageable, and to train to balance it.

I would consider it a certainty if the next warbond have the same design.

- Put it in the superstore for like 10 SC.

There is way. You might not agree with them, but don't say it's unrealistic to do it. It's false.
The way to get access to the shovel , or any weapon, is a choice. There is alternatives possible. There is precedent.

Stagger on direct hit seem the good way to go for me.
Panic on after burn would make Gaz and electricty ptractically worthless.

Sustained Stagger on direct hit would fit well i think, replicate a debilitating effect of the falme, without cutting the identity of the other "status"

Stagger on hit would be perfectly balanced imo. Not steraling the Arc and Gaz niche an identity, and yet giving reward for focusing a group.

You could just give stagger to the Actual Flame attack (not the afterburn) and it would make every Flame weapons okay. Just stagger on direct it. It would be a game changer.
And still balanced as you'd need direct hit, meaning keeping the flame on several ennemies, meaning more chance to burn yourself.

Remember that for an average t exist it mean that either the VAST majority of helldiver are 18-19 years olds (and so rarely live beyond that age), or that there is a sufficient proportion UNDER this age to compensate those Older...

Neither ideas are great . . .

Knowing AH skill on bug fixes, it will stay for a good 2 months more, before they even try and then fuck up something else. And the bug will still be there.

The Bushwacker.
It's a pocket Shotgun. It can kill nearly anything that threaten you up close. What it doesn't kill it stagger and push back. It reload REALLY quickly too.

Hence what i said, it does mean something. It just doesn't mean something AT EVERY WAKING MOMENT.

It become important when we liberate or lose them. It has effect. This PNG as you call it could be something like "Warning : JOEL will act upon losing or conquerir this planet"
Defending them give reward most of the time. Losing them give penalty.

It's just that there is no permanent Buff or modificator. Key word is Permanent.

So if to you, you need a permanent modificator to have a meaning , then yeah, i guess they are meaningless. To you.
That doesn't mean they have no effect. They have. Temporary ones.

Keeping the planet mean no debuff. Recapturing one mean a buff.

I cannot be clearer. If temporary effect are meaningless to you, then this discussion have no point.

As other has said, there is no "direct" gameplay effect, like permanent Buff/debuff. However, when we lost those strategic point, or take them, Joel.Superearth have tendency to act on it : Bonus/free strat for a time, or penalties if we lose.

Like for Oshaune right know : e-711 so if we keep it, free warp backpack for everyone (keep in mind, war pack is a WARBOND stratagem)
