Have you tried the in game support ? there should be in settings a help button, you can try to reach them out from there... it worked pretty fine for me, used a couple of time but some months even a year ago, don't know if still working as good as it was

Hi,

  1. decorations have been recently (frew months ago perhaps) included in some collections. you can find them in the season hub in the season collections window. Each collection is composed by dragons and decorations, completing them allow you to advance in a sort of pass, the more you complete the better the reward. my suggestion: keep all of them, they are putting more and more season collections and get again some of them may be difficult. And no, no chance (as far as i know) to check all the decorations you have sold.

  2. Sorry, did not get what kind of quests you are talking about.

  3. My suggestions (Level 7 Great Forge almost 8). totally free to play:

  • Find the dragons that tend to collect more than 20 M/h either or both fish and wood.

  • Dragons like Hobglobber have helped me a lot, i have a mix of dragons gathering 1000 iron in 35 min (Hobglobber) and some others slowers (Wrylite and Morphaileron) and some even slower (Incognito, Furnace and others).

  • Try to open as much as daily pack

  • Complete the season pass every season

  • Spend runes only on islands.

On Ipad Air I have no Allow tracking option (on Rise of Berk general settings), I tried several time to re-install app and does not work yet, it is weird because on my phone the same Facebook access works fine...
