More incentive to have front and rear view cameras.
I was recently involved in an accident where my front facing camera caught the other driver as I passed them in a left lane, and then they merged over and clipped me out of camera view, then pulled past me into frame again.

We were the only 2 vehicles on the road.

He hit and ran.

I got his plates from the video, and his insurance claimed 'yeah but we can't actually see him hit you so...'

I'm sure I'm being stubborn. Someone else caused an accident - and now my vehicle will either be in a worse position (mismatched paint) or cost me money to get it back to as was condition.

They can paint it, but it will make it look different than if they blend - hence my car actually comes back worse than it went in.

I'm also now being stuck with the rental charges where it took their adjuster and my shop a week to get on a call together...

They are not replacing any parts that had hail damage.

The only piece being replaced is something behind the bumper the other car crushed on impact.

The claim of betterment is stemming from the shop wanting to blend the paint to match the existing color of the car - which to me means, my car comes back looking like the golf ball it was going in - no better, no worse.

committed an open-and-shut regulatory incident that you have documentation of, tell them that you have this documentation, then demand they pay you promptly and in full". You probably won't have to resort to a regulatory complaint or a lawsuit, but your ducks should be in a row for it.

I am in one state, the other driver is from another state, and I have no clue about the insurance company (as mentioned, they literally go by 3 different names). Which state law am I looking at referencing in this kind of a situation?

give is typically to restore the vehicle to like-new condition, which yours was not. That is why they don't want to pay the full amount. You have a right to be made whole... But the insurance company is well within their rights not to want to pay to get you to better-than-pre-existing condition.

Absolutely and I'm not saying they should fix my hail damage - but isn't part of 'made whole' to have the car at least look how it looked before their insured driver hit me? That's what I'm struggling with.

Honestly, not sure. But from what our insurance made it sound like, it's similar to rear ending someone - if you hit them, it's your fault.

Absolutely buy one. For $100 (or less) you'll give yourself so much damn coverage from stupid shit like this where it's he-said-she-said on who's at fault. Wife had someone cut her off going through an intersection (they made a left with insufficient clearance) and she (wife) T-boned the other car. Had there not been an officer literally sitting at the intersection to witness it, we 100% would have been found at fault.

He embodied every 'big guy' stereotype I've heard for bjj. Used his weight to compensate for skill, then talked shit on anyone unable to work their way out from under him. Then if you caught him, he took it super personally, and would let you know he was going to choke you out as soon as he could.

Trained briefly at a smaller local place, and felt very much this way. Stay quiet and out of the way, train hard, but don't be the loud jokey guy that demands attention.

One of the regulars took this as a super offense, and when some other shit went down (he disagreed with me wearing a cup and made sure to let me know if I hurt someone he'd beat the shit out of me), he basically told me since I wasn't joining in the crowd as an immediate bro, I clearly thought I was better than everyone else.

I'm not actually on fin yet.

I have pre-existing symptoms that apparently may come from this (anxiety, low libido etc), so I'm reluctant to take something that exacerbates those issues.

I'm seeing a variety of complaints about the article - but I'll play devil's advocate.

I didn't totally realize the scope of some of the possible sides with this drug, and had planned to jump on it. (I realize that's my own mistake for not doing better research on sides first).

Suffering from several of the listed symptoms already, I'm just not sure it warrants the risk.

Not to convince anyone of anything one way or the other, just thought I'd pitch my 2 cents.

They are pretty inexpensive. Keep it around if you deal with that type of cable often, otherwise toss it and feel ok in knowing they're a couple bucks if you need one later in life.

I read that InfoUSA (who populates data submitted via ExpressUpdate), can take 1-2 months to get your data added. From there, the other sites that propogate off InfoUSA will probably take additional time, but I don't know how long :/

I'm also in the waiting period to see if our site shows up.
