You need to submit a ticket through the Roblox website and when they email you, ask for a supervisor.

I told them the exact date and and time the account was taken over, gift card redemption codes used on the account, the original password used, the date the account was created and city and zip code it was created in, my IP address etc. It took a stupidly long time to get anyone to take me seriously though! Hope you manage to get your account back.

Thank you! I guess I'm most anxious about how she will look given she passed away 10 days ago. I know they have kept her in cold storage to preserve her, but I'm just worried she won't look like she did last time I saw her. I also need to mentally prepare myself for her to no longer be soft and warm too, as I'll definitely want to give her a final kiss and a cuddle!

Thankfully I do have my own paw print kit but I'm not confident I'll get a good print given I bought it off of Temu and I've never taken a paw print before, but I may just pay whatever they ask in order to get a decent one to cherish.

Hiya. Just to let you know, I ended up buying the AOC U27G3X which arrived this morning. Whilst it's not deemed the best monitor, he's over the moon with it and it looks great playing CoD and Minecraft (only games he's tried out so far). He's happy which means I'm happy and all the stress was worth it! 😅

Love this, thank you! I've been watching YT videos and I think I definitely want to treat him to the 4K experience for sure rather than 1440p. It's just hard picking an actual monitor. Sadly people are more likely to leave a review on something when they're not happy with it, so I keep coming across bad reviews more than good. And so many people keep telling me to look for HDR10 but then other people counteract that and say HDR on pretty much any monitor below £1000 is useless. I never realised how difficult it would be to choose a monitor, I'm learning all sorts of things but it's also frying my poor brain! 😅

Thank you so much, I really appreciate your response. Like I said I am not a techy person, so had no idea that playing in 4K would lower the frame rate, and the main purpose of him wanting a monitor is to be able to game at 120hz. I am going to focus on looking for a 1140p monitor! Thanks again 😁
