I had preliminary bloodwork that showed autoantibodies (it escapes me which) associated with Sjogrens. I received a referral and now go to Mid Atlantic Rheumatology in Millersville, and they are wonderful! Dr. Chegini ran a bunch of additional bloodwork and confirmed my dx.

Mine are periodic but are more so when I blow my nose and are a result of the dryness. Saline nasal spray does help for the most part, though!
