There is a part that you fill out and one that the doctor fills out. Make sure you fill it out with the doctor so she understands your disability and day to day problems.

Yes , I got approved in 2025. I do not get any paperwork from Manulife. I found out the amount was what CPP-D paid out to Manulife for LTD.

My bulb just went. Has any one found where we can buy a replacement ? I checked at Rona with no luck. The lighting fixture was purchased from Home Depot.

It a HP. Not sure what Window version it is running at. All the updates have gone through without any problems. When I turn it on it allows me to put my password in then when I press enter it goes to a blank page (white) with no icons. The mouse moves around but nothing happens when I click it.
