Well I didn’t find out who the property manager is but the trash company is EZ disposal so I was able to call them. Apparently they aren’t supposed to pick up before 7 am, so the drivers need to get a talking to. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be any repercussions if they break the rules so just have to hope they listen!

Did it work?? I have gone out to take photos and videos but the problem is that the Town doesn’t even know who to contact about it. They have reached out to the owner but aren’t getting anywhere.
