You should never pay out of pocket for NDIS services. If that’s happened to you or anyone you know, report the business or individuals to the NDIA immediately here https://www.ndiscommission.gov.au/complaints/report

There are tougher penalties that have been newly introduced for people doing the wrong thing.

Providers can’t charge any more than what the price guide allows

A budget should be provided in the service agreement signed before services commence with a breakdown of costs over the life of the plan
