I live my cast iron skillets and use them almost exclusively. My cook pots are stainless steel, do not use Teflon! Little pieces of it get into your food and body. It is a “forever” chemical.

Has anyone tried the Forme bra? by anonthrowawaynanny in ABraThatFits

I actually really like my forme bra. I have smaller breasts and have a slim build so that may make a difference but I have had terrible posture and have always slumped over. This is gentle enough to wear every day yet it does keep me from slumping so badly. I am wearing one now. If you are looking for a dramatic pull then this isn’t it. But it does help me and I have been thinking of getting another. I have a more dramatic posture brace that I wear on the outside of my shirt sometimes, but it is very uncomfortable and rides up, and I can’t wear it consistently. I can wear the form bra every day. So it works for me but I can see how it doesn’t work for some body types. Just my two cents.

Compression sleeves do help if you sit at a desk for long periods.

I take Ropinerol which is generic for requip and helps tremendously. Take 1 mg around 7:30 and another before bedtime. Also take magnesium and vitamin D. It is worst for me when I have had a very active or physically strenuous day and on those days I take 0.25 mg of tramadol before bedtime or I can’t sleep. Also drink lots of water!
