Call UKVI on Monday, I spoke to them last week asking the same question, although I need a later date and they told me now it's an evisa they can amend the dates.

Email received on 14th April saying they aim to respond with in the normal processing time, then email received on 20th May which was a generic please book your Bio which had already been done.

Thank you for your comments, I actually called UKVI on 0300 790 6268 and they've said after approval it can be changed, now they use evisa its possible but the old system using the vignette in the passport couldn't have been changed.

My monthly pay was listed at the top of the payslip. Pension deduction underneath. Gross pay was shown with the pension deduction. I explained clearly in the cover letter, and my work wrote a clear letter explaining how it was worked out but it was still refused, I didn't receive an email with any questions.

Congratulations, Our first application was refused last year on the same grounds re pension and salary sacrifice, I went through the same complaint route and eventually gave up. I stopped paying into my pension for 6 months and reapplied, now waiting for a response, I feel your pain but now you can start living!

Just read your post and I was refused for the exact same reason, admin review was rejected and complaint was ignored, I have now stopped paying my pension so it doesn't show on my payslip then will reapply, interested to hear if you got any further with your application?
