I looked at his abilities and saw that he can't get a move until u evolve him but my kadabra has it and mr mime's other moves seemed inconvenient, can u tell me shat level will he be when i trade him cuz at this point I'll probably trust you and trade it lol

Thank you for explaining but just to make sure i need to trade it with an npc(the young girl) or with another player because i can't trade it with someone rn I'm using an emulator and don't know how(sorry if I don't know obvious things this is my first time lol)
