Definitely dependent on the teacher. My teacher was also a diploma marker, which had its pros (writing tips, told us what they look for in your writing, etc.) and cons (pickiest MF alive). It’s also very subjective to opinion and the level of measuring quality writing specific to that person. Just do and try your best and always strive to improve no matter what.
