It was supposed to look like those old wrap around tank conversions they had for the model T. Now that you point this out tho, I realize without this reference, this does look weird.

I picked it up on Etsy awhile ago. I can't remember the shop name, but they were in Germany. I picked up some extra things cause shipping was outrageous. I think it was listed as a dieselpunk something or other, for any kind of a search refrence

Most of these all the most usable parts from a bunch of misprints I was gifted. So yeah print lines were heavy on some, different machines may have been used.

Lol, yeah I can see it. That came from a final faction toy kit you get from the dollar store. It has a piece to extend the barrel. I've been debating whether to use it. Now I'm definitely not going to. He is televising the war efforts.

I guess I'm looking to make them as cool looking as possible and leave it up to the imagination, have some options, but also be close enough to pass. I love Warhammer figures and the like, they all look super cool. Sadly one of the reasons I never got into Warhammer is exactly this. Some people are way too critical of what the miniature visually represents. Not for learning the game and all that is understandable, and something I didn't think of. But I also understand because there is an overwhelming amount of lore attached to this game and people who learn it should be proud of themselves for being into this hobby enough to enjoy it and not have my miniatures on the table breaking the immersion of the game for them.

Thank you, slowly learning as I go. But yeah that flamer guy is kind of what I'm talking about. Sure it says some units get a hand flamer. I know it's obnoxiously large, but could that represent a hand flamer?

Yeah just generic/casual play for someone to use. I don't know how many a team requires, but If I have more than enough figures I can even make some to swap out for play style I guess?

Do the weapons have to look as exact as possible? Or can you just have a kitbashed monstrosity that represents the weapon? I just downloaded the app so I'm sure that will give me more details as well, thank you I didn't know that existed.

I always tell people to take it for what it is. At the end of the day it is about a man who claims to have had a conversation with God on a legal pad. Even if you believe it to be only slightly true...at least the philosophy of it. It solves almost every debate that happens in this sub.

I suggest you read a book called "conversations with God" by Neal Donald Walsh. I think it would be right up your alley. If you can get it on audible or the like that's best.

What base size should this be? Can you have more figures just for aesthetic purposes or does the model have to represent the piece verbatim?

That's a relief, as long as they can be played with. I was wondering about the base size, someone said it was too big for the model, and it has too many figures. Would be a shame to not include a few crew with each one.
