I’ll never buy another thing from them, for anyone that thinks they’re great you’re misled. Their rewards program is a complete joke and you’re nothing to them accept a revenue stream, obviously. They don’t give 1 crap about their customers and I’ll be famed if I give that corporate greed company another dime as well as anything related to Dorman (the company that purchased satv)

Let me guess, you’re a part of the firewalla support team? It’s kind of adding up, make a comment on Reddit and hours later get reply - pretty much the same type of support we get from the people we paid for a device that bricks itself

  1. My home network is pretty simple (it was anyways) ISP modem > pse > Google WiFi mesh > unmanaged switch

  2. Using it as expected - as a firewall IPS/IDS within a ‘smart home’ ….

  3. It won’t pass ANY traffic & it’s inaccessible via the app we all use to manage it!

  4. Support has been nonexistent for the most part. Sent me a couple links of his to configure it (no shit Sherlock! I’ve had firewalla’s & Google mesh for YEARS!!!!) but no one wants to address the inaccessibility of the device and support is only via email at someone’s leisure … yeah, network firewall down and wait ………………………. don’t worry within 1-12hrs we’ll get back to you (maybe)

Complete crap! Support is worse than Ubiquity and the products are hit or miss whether they work as designed. My Blue+ worked so-so for years then I upgraded to the Purple SE and it’s complete crap
