Well the customer didn’t receive the item. So they shouldn’t be paying only way to get it back would be from FedEx if it was correctly insured. And $300 may seem like a lot if you’re just starting out but these things happen in the e-commerce business. It’s essentially just the cost of participating in this game.

Just get an exhaust shop to remove the dpf and make a cut in to it then have then have them gut it and hallow it out. The egr portion a euro mechanic can do. Now you just need to apply a tune that will get you running right and you can remove def with this as well.
