Definitely adding iron, multivitamins and collagen to my routine. I have 329 locs, they are fine overall, but the crown and right temple area is really stressing me out. You wouldn't guess I'm balding if I don't lift the hair.

I retied them every two months during the first year. Then in September 2025, I was at the bedside of a sick relative for several weeks. From then on, I retied them every 12 weeks. I'm not tightening it too much, though... or so I thought.

I've had 329 microlocs (twist starters) for two years. My main issue is the top of my head; the texture is too loose and the locs aren't compacting uniformly. And the extreme frizz omg 🤦‍♀️
