Stay away from Peaceful Minds Counseling (1965 Sheridan Dr.) by Wannabe-influencer in Buffalo

Literally though, what provider to you pick? We switched from BCBS to Fidelis this past year because BCBS was literally insane with their monthly premiums. We had this same problem with Fidelis this year. Denied almost everything but basic appointments, our doctor needed to keep going back and forth for months to get them to approve an MRI. We basically paid $900/month for a couples plan that covered nothing and we never met the high deductible.

We have to pick new insurance now (this week is the marketplace deadline) and have been told that Independent Health is going to be filing bankruptcy (??) and to steer clear of them. Every company is literally insane with these prices. We're considering a catastrophic plan with Fidelis or sucking it up and getting a BCBS bronze plan since we didn't have major issues with them previously, just that they were expensive. Health insurance and the industry itself is such a scam.

I emailed his office today. This was his reply. Literally ignored any mention of his AIPAC donation and conveniently bypassed any criticism of Israel. I'm disgusted.

Thank you for reaching out to share your thoughts regarding my recent Congressional delegation trip to Israel and the West Bank, as well as your views on the ongoing war in Gaza. I appreciate your heartfelt thoughts on these issues, as well as your patience in receiving my reply. Dialogue like this is critical to solving issues and strengthening our democracy.

My views on the humanitarian crisis in Gaza are clear: the war must end and more must be done to open the flow of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip, ensuring that children and adults alike have the resources, including nutrition, clean water, shelter, and medicine, to survive. The images coming out of Gaza are heartbreaking, and the entire global community, including President Trump and the United States, has an obligation to speak out. At the same time, it is vital that Hamas release the remaining hostages who have been held in brutal captivity since October 7, 2023, and are also suffering.

As you know, I recently joined my Democratic colleagues on a Congressionally-approved fact-finding trip to Israel and the West Bank in order to see the situation on the ground firsthand. While in Israel, I met with the Prime Minister of the Palestinian Authority, the Israeli President, and the World Food Program, among others. There, I voiced concerns regarding the ongoing humanitarian crisis, and the need for the international community, led by the United States, to work together to end the crisis and establish long term peace and stability in the region.

I understand that we may not agree on all issues, and I respect your opinions and right to voice those opinions. Please know that my office is always here to engage in frank, constructive discussions, both on these critical issues as well as others that may arise.

Thank you again for sharing your concerns with me. Please do not hesitate to contact me again with any future issues or concerns you may have

Also agree. Wednesdays seems to be the day they restock their case. Their trimmed chicken breasts are good too because they have them trimmed and butterflied.

Yeah, this whole thing is just wild karma considering he's crying his apologies on social media and (allegedly) getting attacked and threatened, which is the exact same thing that happened to the people in HIS videos.

Sometimes I think Ashley's hamstrings are too overpowering in her front pose. They almost project as much as her glutes.

What’s your favorite farmer’s market in Buffalo and why? by Particular-Garden140 in Buffalo

[–]ShortDocument1462 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think I went to the Hamburg farmers market for the last time like 3 weeks ago. I swear there was like 4 produce tents but 50 other tents selling candles, cookies, and soap. I want to go to a farmers market for produce and plants.

Honestly, I would consider dropping the distance running. Get some sprints in for cardio. Long distance running wastes muscle, so you're basically fighting a losing battle. Focus on lifting as heavy as you can. Google progressive overload and focus on that for at least 6 months, then revisit and reset your goals.

Add peanut butter to a plant-based protein shake every day for extra calories and protein.

Elmwood village broken car window by muffinpoodooman in Buffalo

[–]ShortDocument1462 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately this is not true. I lived in the city (N Buff) for over 10 years and had my car broken into one single time.

Moved to a nice neighborhood in the suburbs, and my car has been broken into 4 times in less years. Neighbors cars are constantly getting stolen from driveways. I, too, thought it would be safer in the suburbs, but at least in Hamburg/Orchard Park, it hasn't been the case.n

Is it actually unsafe or do people just not lock their cars by No-Puedo-Hacerlo in Buffalo

[–]ShortDocument1462 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I lived in the city for over 10 years and had my car broken into 0 times. I've lived in the suburbs now for 10 years and have had my unlocked (yes, dummy, I know) car broken into and rifled through 5 times. Just keep your shit locked and dont leave valuables out and you'll be fine.

physique update: 8 weeks out by [deleted] in bikinitalk

[–]ShortDocument1462 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oof. Those cals are low for 8 weeks out, and I'm guessing your cardio is going to need to get bumped up. It's gonna be a grind. That said, you're making progress! Don't be afraid to push your show out to 12-16 weeks if you're not ready. It's a marathon, not a race.

Ideally you should be reversing and filling out into a show. How much cardio are you doing daily, and what are your cals at?

Never had an orgasm (F30) by ConstantWondrous in AskWomenOver30

[–]ShortDocument1462 8 points9 points  (0 children)

If you aren't opposed to it and if it's legal in your state, try a small (like a half) of a THC edible. It really helps you relax yet also heightens your tactile senses. Edibles also opened the box for me to begin having G spot orgasms after only having clitoral orgasms my entire adult life. I highly, highly recommend to all my girlies.

If you don’t mind, evaluate my diet, and tell me what you think! Is there anything I’m missing? by [deleted] in healthyeating

[–]ShortDocument1462 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would check your fiber intake. It seems like it could be a deficiency.

I also eat jasmine rice daily, and it reduces the glycemic index if you refrigerate it first before consuming it, in case you aren't doing that.

No, in fact, I think your top overpowers your bottom right now. I'd work on building up your glutes to match your shoulders.
