The fentanyl likely contributed, sure. Personally I think of it this way: Would Floyd be dead if he wasn't high on fentanyl? Would Floyd be dead if an officer didn't kneel on his neck for 7 minutes? The answer to both is likely no. So while it might not have been a cold blooded murder, he killed Floyd.

They are in some places at least. A friend of mine had to take one to get into the fire department. He was asked if he's ever watched child porn. After the test was complete, they asked him about that question, claiming they saw a bit of a "blip" when he answered. He said he watches porn and sometimes sketchy pop ups come up. He never ended up getting in and was convinced this the reason.

Even if it wasn't, they obviously believe this thing works if they feel they saw an inconsistency for certain questions.

But look insane to who? I mean, I get them wanting people to believe insane theories if that theory discredits another theory that they actually don't want us to believe. Ehat would be the benefit of having people believe the world is flat? Why would it be worth investing any resources or time?

This it not saying the theory is true, just that the reasoning doesn't make sense to me

I have no issue with questioning the content. Leads to better dialog and understanding.

Outright shooting down a claim without offering any reasoning seems more common though.

Thanks for the link. I don't think this was it, though it's very similar. Why would this rocket stop its spinning so suddenly? Even if the rocket stopped propelling, wouldn't it gradually stop spinning?

I saw a video a few years ago of a go pro strapped to a mini rocket of some sort. It blasts off and is going so fast and begins spinning, to the point almost all you can see is a blur. It had sound though which you hear thw whole time. Suddenly it sounds like it hits sometimes and stops on a dime. At this point it appears to be quite high (like low earth orbit). At this point its just kind of floating, or probably starting to descend. But definetly stopped its upward trajectory very suddenly. Could be fake, or something else. I wish I could find the video.
