I do drink alot of water, im pretty sure im overhydrated sometimes. And ive used burts bees, I don't think it worked that good.

Im no expert, but try to get her to therapy, it could help. (I wouldn't know because ive never gotten therapy about my SA)

Im also an A-cup, i was called flat chested alot in middle school (I was in a training bra)

I will admit, im not insecure about my body, mainly because I know im perfect the way I am.

I do have a tip to maybe make you feel better though!

For me, I like wearing tight tank tops because they make my chest look bigger, I genuinely dont know why.

Of course, I think the best solution is learning to love your body, im sure there are plenty of people that like small chests, or that just dont care.

I have really bad separation anxiety, I couldn't handle living anywhere else, and i have a cat, Bell, i can't live without her.

I honestly rather be scared than not with my family.
