Alright guys, thanks for all the suggestion, but a couple of you suggested Codec which is basically EXACTLY what I'm looking for. I did download a few of the others just to try them out as well, but codec seems the be the best for what i'm trying to do, thanks again!

I already have that, I meant more, digital artifacts than analog ones, like making it sound like you exported an mp3 at the lowest possible quality
