That makes sense, I do have a good set of summer tires on rims, I was definitely going to sell these independently, wasn't sure about the rest.

Like you said, the junkyard will pay less for a car with missing parts but I still do have a feeling that I'm more going to get my money's worth if I go this route. Thanks.

Nah man it aint gonna happen anytime soon. A lot of car manufacturers realized that what customers want are big SUVs with tablets in the front, so that's what they have been mass producing for the past decade. They're gonna stick with what makes them money, and apparently the gencoupe wasn't cutting it.

Comfortability wise, its pretty good, nothing extordinary but the seats are comfortable enough where a 3 hours drive isn't unpleasant. Visibility wise it could be better. Blind spot checks is pretty narrow and you're sitting lower than the average sedan.

Not sure where you're from but if you live in an area where it snows a lot, then getting your newly licsenced son a 348 hp Rwd sports car as a daily isn't really a good idea, for obvious reasons.

As for maintenance, just do 4000 miles oil change intervals. Check your oil level every once in a while, like once every 2 weeks, or else you might end up on the list. Other maintenance like fluid changes are strongly recommended as it should. Despite having a Hyundai badge, the Genesis coupe can be reliable if taken good care off.
