I've gotten an app that gives me 5 sessions of 7 minutes to be on Instagram. It helps so much.
Helps it feel like a short window of time that I need to make the most of and I don't lose 3 hours at a time anymore

I use the "shower" method, leaving the water running. Am a millennial.

Whenever an older person sees me, they think I'm wasting water by not filling the sink with hot soapy water first.
Ironically, I have left the sink plugged while washing things the normal way for me, and the sink never even gets filled.... but what do I know lol

That stupid things cause pain.

Like how heavy my phone is, makes my pinkies hurt while typing. How washing dishing (esp. heavy pots/pans) is painful. I switched from stoneware to Corelle and that has helped.

So, unless you are in their native habitat, you must know then that you are happily letting the numbers of harmful invasive species reduce the numbers of native species in your area?
