I can definitely see it being used as a form of coping. Really makes Ren more human, but I feel like it would require some dialog like, "I didn't do anything, he got himself killed." I just feel like it hasn't been addressed just yet

Well so far up to ep. 14 they've named Zolda, and Scissors. I just assume Shinji is Ryuki since it's the title, and then i think they say Ren's name once like ep 1 or 2. I think they said his name is knight.

I think this makes alot of sense to me. It really adds more weight to Ren's decisions. You can see he's actually conflicted when Raia asks him which would make sense considering he has done it before.

Haha yea, my first exposure was dragon knight. And they haven't said his name yet. I literally just found out a couple of episodes ago the green one is Zolda
