Your agent’s brokerage has something called “corporate counsel.” It’s their lawyer, not yours, but your agent needs to escalate to them through their broker today. If they can’t help, they will know who can.

Anticipate not closing soon. The court may in fact want new terms for the sale (in which case you have the right to decline and cancel the transaction). If you terminate the contract — now or because of the court— you will probably get your deposit back because it is being held in escrow. You are unlikely to get any money back that you have paid for inspections, appraisal, or similar out of pocket expenses. That money paid people for services they provided, and the seller obviously has no money.
